Over the last year, a new wave of vintage style and motorbikish behavior has hit both mainstream fashion and culture. Belstaff, Guzzi or Triumph are all back on track, serving romantic feelings and the rebellious notion all hipsters were desperately waiting for. So it´s no surprise that ProSiebenSat.1 was looking for a cool vintage bike decorating The BossHoss who engage as “competent” judges on future music stars at Voice of Germany 2013.
And now guess who had a proper bike in his garage… 😉
Of course, the show itself might be bullshit. And The BossHoss do not appear as if they had a spanner in their hands ever before. But does it matter? No! Because my Guzzi looks just right in the dim light of historic Börnicke Castle where the trailer has been produced. Luckily, the clutch lever was broken while filming, prohibiting to ride the bike. So I had no fear leaving my bike alone with a pack of dauntless media people. Find the trailer here.
The bike did not suffer and will receive some proper clutch treatment within the next days to get it back on the autumn roads of Berlin city…
